CANNA INNOVATIONS LLC. (“Canna Innovations”) 

These Standard Terms and Condition govern all sales of products sold by Canna Innovations, including Harvest Station equipment.   

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE 

All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and fees. Quotes are valid for 10 days from date on quote. Any quoted lead times are based on current inventory status and/or material availability. Note that lead times may shift between issuance of a quote and receipt of a deposit. 

Canna Innovations reserves the right to adjust lead times as orders near completion. Storage fees will be charged on orders ready to ship if receipt of payment is delayed by 14 days from invoice date. Storage fees are charged at 5% of the order total per month.  

PAYMENT POLICIES 

Payment for services are required before delivery.  We also utilize retainers for on-going services.  Products are paid in full prior to delivery.  See store for more details.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICIES

All orders are governed by our standard warranty. Please see our separate warranty document for further details or contact us for more information. Returns are limited exclusively to unused parts returned within 30 days from receipt of shipping with prior written approval from Canna Innovations. Items that cannot be returned include all harvest station equipment.  

GOVERNING LAWS

Canna Innovations equipment is intended for processing of legal plant matter only. Canna Innovations is not responsible for consequences resulting from the use of its equipment in a prohibited manner or operation.
